Empower is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead stock plan service implementations remotely across the United States. You will manage data conversion, configuration, and client training to ensure a smooth transition to the Empower Stock Plan Services platform.

You will collaborate with clients, internal teams, and broker-dealer partners, developing training materials and implementation checklists while maintaining data integrity and process discipline.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field or experience.
• Experience with equity or stock plan systems preferred.
• Strong data analysis, conversion, and validation skills.

Aufgaben

• Input work plans and timelines for new client implementations.
• Communicate with clients to resolve data questions and issues.
• Perform data conversion and import for new clients with quality review.
• Configure database for new clients including plans, vesting, and portals.
• Coordinate with broker-dealer teams on client setup and balances.
• Design and document implementation processes and trainings.
