Smartsheet is seeking a dynamic Manager of Sales Development to lead and motivate our SDR team in a US-based remote role, reporting to the Director of Sales Development. The position prefers candidates in Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones.

You will hire, train, and guide the SDRs, develop career growth paths, and forecast metrics for executives. Strong coaching, collaboration across dispersed teams, and SaaS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience in SaaS.
• 1-3 years sales management experience.
• Passion for coaching and mentoring emerging sales talent.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives.
• Develop strategies for career growth within the Smartsheet sales organization.
• Report on activity metrics and forecast to the sales executives/directors.
• Motivate individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship.
• Actively use Salesforce.com and other SaaS tools to manage sales process, and set standards for performance metrics.
