Qualifications

• 8+ years of real estate transaction modeling in a complex environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Experience working with tenant representation brokerage teams required.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling expertise.
• Knowledge of cash flow analysis, occupancy cost analysis, and GAAP analyses.
• Familiarity with ProCalc or Argus preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the financial analytics leader supporting multi-market occupier and leasing clients.
• Designing and developing customized financial models aligned with client decision-making processes and KPIs.
• Translating client objectives into scalable financial analytics solutions.
• Establishing standardized methodologies while accommodating unique client requirements.
• Collaborating with account leadership to ensure seamless implementation of financial frameworks.
• Building and maintaining complex financial models evaluating real estate alternatives.
• Analyzing occupancy costs, lease structures, and capital expenditures to support transaction recommendations.
• Leading financial analysis for tenant representation and occupier transactions.
• Delivering insights that support occupancy strategy and portfolio optimization.
