Tines is seeking a Senior Manager, Professional Services Engineering to lead a distributed US and Ireland-based team delivering automation solutions to enterprise customers. The position reports to the Director, Professional Services and includes a target annual compensation of $195-210K OTE (80/20 split).

Remote role based in EST, ideally near Boston. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a post-sales customer-facing role at a technology company.
• 5+ years of direct people leadership or practice experience coaching technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead 8–10+ Professional Services Engineers across the US and Ireland with 1:1s, career pathing, reviews, and coaching.
• Establish psychological safety and trust within a transitioning team.
• Own day-to-day engagement allocations, rebalancing resources and schedules in real time.
