Job summary

Tines is seeking a Senior Manager, Professional Services Engineering to lead a growing team of engineers across the US and Ireland. This remote role emphasizes people-first leadership, capacity planning, and orchestration of delivery excellence within a 3-function org (Engagement Management, Project Management, and PSE).

You will own resource planning, forecast bench availability for 6+ months, and align delivery with sales, CX, and product teams while coaching a distributed team across time

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a post-sales customer facing tech role.
• 5+ years direct people leadership in SaaS.
• Proven people-first leadership with empathy and coaching.
• Experience building rolling 6+ month capacity and utilization forecasts.
• Strong ability to build trust with PM, Sales, CS, and Product teams.
• Fluent in modern automation, APIs, and integrations for delivery guidance.
• Experience coaching remotely across time zones (US/EMEA).
• Data-driven delivery metrics including utilization and CSAT.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor 8–10+ PSE engineers across US and Ireland.
• Own day-to-day engagement allocations and scheduling.
• Design 6+ month capacity forecasting and bench planning.
• Ensure alignment with PM, Engagement, Sales, CX, and GTM.
• Bridge customer delivery with product development and testing.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive data-backed solutions to completion.
• Collaborate monthly with external services partners.
