Job summary

Tines is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive strategic success planning for an assigned set of enterprise accounts. This remote role, based in EST, focuses on onboarding, adoption, expansion and renewal, building executive-level relationships and coordinating across CS, Sales, Product, and Engineering to maximize automation value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical account management, customer success, or post-sales at a tech company.
• Experience with SaaS solutions for engineering teams is ideal.
• Ability to uncover problems, identify opportunities, and translate needs to internal teams.
• Capable of coordinating across multiple internal teams to meet customer goals.

Responsibilities

• Align with high-spend, enterprise accounts to ensure value across onboarding to renewal.
• Orchestrate onboarding with a Customer Success Engineer to ensure timely use-case delivery.
• Review dashboards, logins, and use cases to assess customer health.
• Provide thought leadership to resolve issues and automate processes.
• Coordinate reviews to evaluate performance and stretch automation roadmaps.
• Partner with Sales and Product to align outcomes with executive goals.
• Identify risks and work with CS leadership on mitigation plans.
• Develop renewal strategies and communicate value to executives.
• Translate customer needs to internal teams and relay feature requests to Product.
