Tines is seeking a Senior Manager, Professional Services Engineering to lead our US and Ireland PS engineering team, focus on capacity planning, and drive delivery excellence. This role emphasizes people-first leadership and strategic resource management within a fast-growing SaaS environment.

The role reports to the Director of Professional Services and requires remote work within EST, preferably near Boston, with compensation around six figures plus OTE.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a post-sales customer-facing role at a technology company.
• 5+ years of direct people leadership with coaching of technical teams.
• Proven people-first leadership in SaaS environments.
• Experience with multi-horizon capacity planning and forecasting.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor 8–10+ Professional Services Engineers across the US and Ireland.
• Own dynamic resourcing and scheduling in real time.
• Architect 6+ month capacity forecasting models.
• Partner with PM, Sales, CX, and GTM for delivery alignment.
• Influence product and engineering with customer feedback.
• Own initiatives to eliminate bottlenecks and gaps.
• Coordinate monthly syncs with external services partners.
• Ensure delivery metrics like CSAT and target billable utilization.
