Job summary

Tines is seeking a Professional Services Engineer II for a fully remote role based in MST or PST in the United States. You will guide customers through scoping and building automation Stories and workflows, deploying solutions in their Tines tenant, and partnering with Engagement/Project Managers to ensure successful implementations.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Labs to align service offerings with evolving customer needs, and become a trusted

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering Professional Services or similar automation solutions.
• Experience guiding customers on architecture design and platform adoption.

Responsibilities

• Shape the future of the Professional Services org and processes.
• Tackle complex Story and workflow builds for key customer workflows.
• Scope automation Stories and workflows from customer requirements.
• Analyze customer tools and pain points to define an automation roadmap.
• Identify blockers and needed research areas.
• Work with Project/Engagement Managers to verify plans and timelines.
• Demonstrate Stories/workflows and wireframe live on calls with customers.
• Design and develop Automation Stories in the customer Tines tenant.
• Connect tools via APIs and ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Review and optimize customer stories/workflows.
• Deliver production-ready stories and enable long-term success for customers.
• Act as resident automation engineer and guide customers on roadmap and goals.
• Advocate for Professional Services within Tines with Sales teams.
