Job summary

Tines is seeking a Professional Services Engineer II to join our West region. This remote role must be based in MST or PST and focuses on delivering automation stories and workflows across customer enterprises, guiding scoping, building, deploying in customer tenants, and ensuring success.

You will partner with Engagement Management, Customer Success, and Project Management to align goals, validate plans, and produce production-ready stories.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering Professional Services for automation and SOAR platforms.
• Strong customer-facing consultancy experience and advisory skills.
• Experience interpreting API docs and implementing API integrations.
• Familiarity with API authentication methods including OAuth2 and JWT.
• Ability to translate platform capabilities into customer-specific use cases.

Responsibilities

• Shape the future of Professional Services and develop processes and standards.
• Tackle complex Story and workflow builds for high-value customer workflows.
• Scope automation Stories based on customer requirements and blockers.
• Analyze tools and processes to guide automation roadmaps and adoption.
• Demonstrate Stories/workflows and wire live concepts during calls.
• Deliver production-ready automation in the customer Tines tenant and ensure long-term success.
