Job summary

Tines is seeking a Senior Manager, Professional Services Engineering to lead a growing team of engineers across the US and Ireland. You will champion people-first leadership, own resource planning, and drive capacity models to forecast bench availability and skill distribution six+ months ahead.

The role reports to the Director, Professional Services and requires experience in post-sales delivery, SaaS environments, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality engagement delivery

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a post-sales customer-facing role at a technology company.
• 5+ years of direct people leadership or practice experience with coaching high-performing teams.
• Proven track record managing professional services, solutions engineering, or technical delivery teams in SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor 8–10+ Professional Services Engineers across the US and Ireland.
• Own day-to-day engagement allocations and real-time resourcing decisions.
• Design and maintain 6+ month capacity forecasting to anticipate bench and hiring needs.
• Partner with PM, Engagement Managers, Sales, CX, and GTM to align delivery with pipeline.
• Influence product and engineering by capturing feedback and testing features.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive data-backed solutions end-to-end.
• Collaborate with external services partners to scale delivery bandwidth.
