Job summary

Zoom’s Sales FP&A team seeks a Senior Manager to own end-to-end product financial planning and budgeting for the portfolio. You will partner with Product GMs and senior leaders to translate data into strategic direction, guiding investments and pricing decisions in a fast-growing enterprise SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance in SaaS or subscription business.
• Strong command of subscription metrics: revenue, net revenue retention, churn, bookings, revenue recognition.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; experience with enterprise planning tools; SQL and BI tools.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for non-finance audiences.
• Experience supporting product-led or sales-driven organizations with complex sales motions.
• Direct, collaborative communication style with senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics; MBA or CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product financial planning, including target setting and investment trade-offs.
• Own revenue forecast and annual budget for assigned products; ensure accuracy.
• Influence portfolio investments by identifying strong returns and reallocations.
• Partner with General Managers on monthly reviews with precise analysis and actions.
• Analyze growth drivers like churn, pricing, and product mix; turn insights into recommendations.
• Support pricing and packaging decisions through financial modeling and scenarios.
• Evaluate product investment cases including headcount, R&D, and GTM spend.
• Prepare materials for executive, board, and investor discussions with clear narratives.
• Drive planning calendar across budget, forecast, and long-range planning.
• Improve forecast accuracy by refining inputs, models, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Coach and develop analysts supporting your work.
