Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Senior Manager, Product FP&A to act as the financial backbone of the product portfolio. You will partner with Product GMs and senior leadership to shape investments and growth, translating complex data into strategic insight.

You will collaborate across Sales Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize revenue performance and support scalable, sustainable growth, while mentoring analysts and influencing executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A in SaaS or subscription businesses with influence on senior leadership
• Strong command of subscription metrics: revenue, NRR, churn, bookings, revenue recognition
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling with enterprise planning tools (Anaplan/Adaptive) and BI tools (Tableau or Salesforce)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product FP&A including target-setting and investment trade-offs
• Own revenue forecast and annual budget for assigned products
• Influence portfolio investments and reallocations based on returns
• Partner with GMs on monthly business reviews with clear narratives and actions
• Analyze growth drivers (churn, pricing, product mix) and translate into recommendations
