Job summary

Strivant Health is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Patient Access and Authorization operations across U.S. and global teams in a remote role.

You will drive productivity, quality, and SLAs, mentor supervisors, and collaborate with revenue cycle leaders to optimize workflows. This role requires 4+ years in Patient Access/Authorizations leadership, strong offshore experience, and excellent communication and analytics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership in Patient Access, Authorizations, and Registration, preferably in a third‑party follow‑up RCM organization.
• Experience managing blended U.S. and global offshore healthcare operations teams is required.
• Strong revenue cycle client engagement, conflict resolution, and cross‑functional project leadership.
• Experience managing productivity, quality, and SLA performance.
• Familiarity with CPT, ICD-9/10, HCPCS, payer rules, and government payers.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Patient Access & Authorization operations for assigned clients
• Manage and develop U.S. and Global team members
• Drive productivity, quality, customer service, and service-level performance
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, attendance, and workforce planning
• Monitor operational metrics and implement improvement initiatives
• Coach and develop supervisors and staff
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and engagement efforts
• Manage escalated patient, client, payer, and operational issues
• Collaborate with revenue cycle leaders to improve workflows
• Lead process improvements and leverage technology for efficiency
• Ensure compliance with policies and payer requirements
