Job summary

Visante LLC is seeking a Manager, Medication Access Strategy and Operations to lead strategic and operational medication access services across client partnerships. You will drive collaboration with clinic and pharmacy leadership, oversee eligibility and authorization workflows, and promote continuous improvement through data-driven insights.

The role emphasizes leadership, stakeholder management, and delivering high-quality patient access outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; four years of relevant experience may substitute.
• Graduate of ASHP-accredited pharmacy technician training program preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmacy experience with strategic/operational initiatives.
• Minimum 1 year in health system or specialty pharmacy; 1 year supervisory experience.
• State Board of Pharmacy Technician registration within 2 months; CPhT within 12 months.
• Strong leadership, communication, data-driven problem solving, and EMR experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medication access and affordability services across client partnerships.
• Recruit, train, and develop supervisors and team members.
• Monitor workflows and service outcomes to meet standards.
• Establish and report KPIs and trends to drive improvements.
• Lead onboarding, referral workflows, and prior authorizations.
• Collaborate with clinic, pharmacy, and clients to optimize services.
• Provide education and SME guidance to internal and client staff.
• Model exceptional customer service and accountability.
