Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of Patient Access or Revenue Cycle leadership in hospital or large health system.
• Advanced usage of AI and ability to translate AI into business outcomes.
• Strong business acumen across functions and organizational levels.
• Executive presence with ability to project confidence under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-wide leadership for Patient Access and Senior Access leaders.
• Lead modernization and standardization of policies, processes and technology.
• Develop staffing plans, budgets, and staffing levels; manage recruitment and retention.
• Communicate strategy and progress to executive leadership and staff.
• Travel weekly to assigned markets and client sites as required.
