Job summary

Scientific Search seeks a Senior Director of Operations to lead HUB and patient access programs in a fully remote role. You will translate contracts, SLAs, and program requirements into scalable workflows for enterprise clients.

In this leadership position, you will own SLA performance, renewals, compliance, revenue and margin while driving cross‑functional execution across pharmacy, technology, product, implementation and analytics. A MBA is preferred; a Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Executive-level client relationship skills.
• Deep expertise in HUB services, patient access, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare operations.
• Strong SOW, SLA, financial, and analytical capabilities.
• Proven ability to scale complex operations and influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead HUB and patient access operations across enterprise clients.
• Translate contracts, SLAs, and program requirements into scalable workflows.
• Own SLA performance, SOWs, renewals, compliance, revenue, and margin.
• Drive cross-functional execution across pharmacy, technology, product, implementation, and analytics.
• Establish executive reporting, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
