Qualifications

• State Board of Pharmacy Technician registration within 6 months of hire; CPhT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and staffing for assigned teams.
• Adjust staff schedules and address workflow gaps to maintain efficiency.
• Provide coaching and professional development to improve staff performance.
• Review medication authorizations and conduct benefits investigations.
• Collaborate with clinics and payers to support prior authorizations and coverage denials.
• Ensure accurate documentation in EMR systems and Visante platforms.
• Support onboarding and training initiatives for client teams.
