Job summary

Airspace seeks a senior Network Operations leader to own consistent execution across the regional network from its Remote US footprint. You will manage four Regional Network Managers and two Agent Leads, ensuring alignment of standards, tooling, and escalation protocols across all regions and driving high-stakes deactivation decisions with procurement.

The role requires 2–5+ years in multi-site operations leadership, a bachelor’s degree, and strong coaching and prioritization skills to partner

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in network/field/multi-site ops leadership with cross-team people management.
• Experience managing managers across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage four Regional Network Managers to ensure cross-regional consistency in standards and tooling.
• Directly manage two Agent Leads to balance workload and ensure consistent execution across regions.
• Coach and develop RNMs and Agent Leads with appropriate leadership styles.
• Resolve misalignment between RNMs and Agent Leads before it becomes a network issue.
• Own prioritization when RNMs require simultaneous attention.
