Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, Network Operations to lead regional network operations for a leader in Aerospace & Defense. This role focuses on driving consistency, accountability, and timely delivery across multiple teams, partnering with regional leaders to resolve issues and align priorities.

You will contribute to capacity planning and execute strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, multi-region environment, with remote work and periodic travel.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years in network or field operations leadership with multi-team management experience.
• Experience managing managers, not just individual contributors.
• Ability to share decision-making authority while maintaining accountability.
• Strong operational judgment for distinguishing regional vs cross-regional issues.
• Experience translating strategic initiatives into operational execution.
• Clear communicator adept at resolving peer disagreements.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• Oversee two Agent Leads, balancing workloads and ensuring execution consistency.
• Coach Regional Network Managers on broad judgment and Agent Leads on specifics.
• Resolve misalignments proactively between roles.
• Prioritize tasks when regions require simultaneous attention.
• Participate in agent deactivation decisions with regional consistency.
• Escalation point for cross-regional issues.
• Collaborate with VP on capacity planning and strategic initiatives.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Network Operations to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will oversee regional network operations, with a strong focus on driving consistency, accountability, and timely execution across multiple teams. The Senior Manager will partner closely with regional leaders to resolve issues, align priorities, and support sound operational decisions. This position will also contribute to capacity planning and the execution of strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, multi-region environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $115,000 – $125,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage four Regional Network Managers to ensure consistent performance standards across regions
• Oversee two Agent Leads, balancing workloads and ensuring agent execution consistency
• Coach Regional Network Managers on broad judgment and Agent Leads on specific performance issues
• Resolve misalignments between Regional Network Managers and Agent Leads proactively
• Make prioritization decisions when Regional Network Managers require simultaneous attention
• Participate in agent deactivation decisions, ensuring consistency across regions
• Serve as an escalation point for cross-regional issues from Regional Network Managers and Agent Leads
• Collaborate with VP on capacity planning and strategic initiatives
