Job summary

Airspace is seeking a Remote US-based leader to drive consistent execution across a six-person structure of Regional Network Managers and Agent Leads. You will codify standards, tooling, and escalation processes across all regions, ensuring seamless operations and accountable outcomes.

You will also own agent deactivation decisions with Procurement, escalate cross-regional issues, and align capacity planning with senior leadership. This role reports to the VP, US Network, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple teams across regions or functions.
• Ability to coach senior leaders and balance competing priorities.
• Strong judgment on prioritization and escalation across a network.
• Proven track record of driving consistent execution across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead four Regional Network Managers and two Agent Leads for cross-regional consistency.
• Oversee agent deactivation decisions with Procurement and documentation.
• Serve as escalation point for cross-regional issues and ensure alignment with senior leadership.
• Partner on capacity planning, org design, and strategic initiatives for Network Operations.
