Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, Network Operations to lead regional network operations for a leader in Aerospace & Defense. This role focuses on driving consistency, accountability, and timely delivery across multiple teams, partnering with regional leaders to resolve issues and align priorities.

You will contribute to capacity planning and execute strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, multi-region environment, with remote work and periodic travel.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years in network or field operations leadership with multi-team management experience.
• Experience managing managers, not just individual contributors.
• Ability to share decision-making authority while maintaining accountability.
• Strong operational judgment for distinguishing regional vs cross-regional issues.
• Experience translating strategic initiatives into operational execution.
• Clear communicator adept at resolving peer disagreements.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage four Regional Network Managers to ensure consistent performance across regions.
• Oversee two Agent Leads, balancing workloads and ensuring execution consistency.
• Coach Regional Network Managers on broad judgment and Agent Leads on specifics.
• Resolve misalignments proactively between roles.
• Prioritize tasks when regions require simultaneous attention.
• Participate in agent deactivation decisions with regional consistency.
• Escalation point for cross-regional issues.
• Collaborate with VP on capacity planning and strategic initiatives.
