Qualifications

• Demonstrated success as an Operations Specialist III or equivalent top escalation resource.
• Expert-level mastery of sector processes, escalation patterns and edge cases.
• Proven ability to coach teammates in the moment, not post-incident.
• Experience monitoring live queues and reallocating resources under changing volume.
• Comfort interfacing with account managers and leadership on complex situations.
• Track record of identifying process gaps and proposing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Independently resolve escalated issues surfaced by teammates, managers, or leadership.
• Act as a knowledge point for complex shipments and sector-specific situations.
• Provide real-time coaching to teammates during live events and shifts.
