Job summary

CCC is seeking a Senior Manager, Managed Library Services to lead delivery of professional services for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients. You will oversee library support services, information science and business operations, managing embedded information staff to meet SLAs and contract requirements.

The role emphasizes client relationships and cross-functional collaboration. The selected candidate will work remotely; Midwest location preferred with Eastern time-zone alignment to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MLS/MLIS preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ client-facing experience involving teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operational oversight of Information Management Services engagements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support client renewals.
• Provide day-to-day staff management and development initiatives.
• Serve as escalation point for employee relations matters.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and performance management.
• Lead coaching and development across the department.
• Develop relationships with sponsor executives to ensure client satisfaction.
