Newell Brands is seeking a Sr. Manager, Reliability to lead reliability improvement programs across our manufacturing and distribution network.

You will translate policy into site-level actions, guide reliability engineers, and drive PM optimization, RCFA investigations, and KPI reporting. Reporting to the Director, Global Reliability, you will manage multiple workstreams, travel to sites, and collaborate with ERA and GPSN teams to strengthen asset intelligence across 40+ facilities in 140

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related engineering field.
• 7+ years in reliability/maintenance engineering or asset management.
• Experience with CMMS (MicroMain) for PM planning and work orders.
• RCFA and data-driven failure analysis experience welcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability program execution across multiple sites (4–8 plants).
• Develop PM optimization plans using RCM and condition monitoring.
• Deploy site-level Tribo and vibration monitoring programs.
• Perform RCFA investigations and track corrective actions.
• Maintain asset libraries and maintenance task lists in CMMS.
