Job summary

Newell Brands seeks a Sr. Manager, Reliability to lead reliability improvement programs across a global network of manufacturing sites and distribution centers.

You will translate policy into site-level initiatives, drive PM optimization, condition monitoring, and data-driven reliability analytics, while guiding site engineers and maintenance teams through Kaizen-style improvements. You will own RCFA investigations, develop asset-level maintenance tasks, and contribute to network-wide KPI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of reliability/maintenance engineering in manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience with condition monitoring technologies and CMMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Execute site-level reliability assessments and PM optimization plans.
• Lead condition monitoring deployment and Tribo Program at sites.
• Perform RCFA investigations and track corrective actions to closure.
• Build and maintain failure mode libraries and CMMS data quality.
• Manage multiple reliability improvement projects across sites and report KPIs.
• Collaborate with operations to align reliability programs with production.
