Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Sr. Manager, Reliability to lead reliability improvement programs across multiple manufacturing sites and distribution centers in the global network.

The role translates policy requirements into site-level actions, guiding maintenance teams and engineers through structured improvement initiatives. You will own hands-on activities including RCFA investigations, KPI reporting, and the development of asset management plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 7+ years reliability experience.
• Experience with CMMS, PM planning and data analytics.
• Knowledge of RCM, FMECA, and root cause analysis.
• Strong program management and cross-site leadership.

Responsibilities

• Execute site-level reliability assessments using the ERA framework across manufacturing sites and DCs.
• Develop and implement PM optimization plans based on RCM and OEM data.
• Lead condition monitoring program deployment including vibration analysis and thermography.
• Conduct RCFA investigations and track corrective actions to closure.
• Manage site-level reliability programs and feed network-wide asset intelligence.
