Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Sr. Manager, Reliability to lead reliability improvement programs across manufacturing sites and distribution centers within its global network.

Reporting to the Director, Global Reliability, you will translate SEMP requirements into site-level programs, drive PM optimization, and oversee RCFA investigations. You will guide site reliability engineers, manage multiple workstreams, and partner with ERA, Operations, and OT teams to build asset intelligence and maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• 7+ years of reliability or asset-management experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with condition monitoring and CMMS platforms.
• Experience with RCM, FMECA, PM optimization, and RCFA.
• Ability to manage multiple site engagements concurrently.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Execute site-level reliability assessments and PM optimization plans.
• Lead condition monitoring deployment and Tribo program at sites.
• Conduct RCFA investigations and track corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain failure libraries and CMMS task lists.
• Manage concurrent projects across 4–8 sites and report KPI.
• Collaborate with operations to align reliability with production schedules.
