Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Sr. Manager, Reliability to lead field reliability programs across a global network of sites and distribution centers.

You will drive asset care, PM optimization, and condition monitoring initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to improve KPI performance and asset availability. You will coach site reliability engineers, coordinate with the ERA Automation OT teams, and travel domestically and internationally to ensure program effectiveness across 40+

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline.
7+ years of reliability/maintenance engineering or asset management in manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with condition monitoring: vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, or equivalent.
Experience with CMMS platforms for asset management, PM planning, and work orders.
Working knowledge of RCM, FMECA, PM optimization, and RCFA methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and site engagements.

Responsibilities

Execute site-level reliability assessments using ERA framework across sites and DCs.
Develop and implement PM optimization plans based on RCM, CBM, and OEM data.
Lead condition monitoring program deployment (vibration routes, oil schedules, thermography).
Execute Tribo Program: Tribo Scorecards, lubrication improvements, tribology SMEs, track progress to standards.
Conduct RCFA investigations and close corrective actions.
Build and maintain failure mode libraries and task lists in CMMS.
