Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Sr. Manager, Reliability to lead reliability improvement initiatives across a global manufacturing and distribution network.

You will own site-level programs, develop asset care strategies, and drive data-driven improvements in PM optimization, RCFA, and fleet management. You will mentor site reliability engineers, coordinate with ERA teams, and travel to domestic and international sites to ensure program execution aligns with global standards and the SEPM policy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
• 7+ years of reliability/maintenance engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with condition monitoring technologies (vibration, oil, thermography, etc.).
• Experience using CMMS platforms for asset management and PM planning.
• Knowledge of RCM, FMECA, PM optimization, and RCFA methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Execute site-level reliability assessments using the ERA framework and PM optimization.
• Lead condition monitoring deployment and Tribo program at assigned sites.
• Perform RCFA investigations and track corrective actions through closure.
• Contribute to fleet management by identifying high-priority assets and standardizing PMs.
• Build and maintain asset data and reliability KPI reporting in CMMS.
