Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Sr. Manager, Reliability to lead site-level reliability programs across the ERA network. You will translate policy into actionable plans, drive PM optimization, and guide maintenance teams through structured improvement initiatives.

You will own RCFA investigations, develop KPI reporting, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and procurement to improve asset reliability across 40+ facilities and 60 DCs worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related engineering field.
• 7+ years in reliability/maintenance engineering or asset management.
• Hands-on with condition monitoring tech and CMMS.
• Experience with RCM, FMECA, PM optimization and RCFA.

Responsibilities

• Execute site-level reliability assessments using ERA framework.
• Develop PM optimization plans with RCM and OEM data.
• Lead condition monitoring deployments (vibration, oils, thermography).
• Conduct RCFA investigations and track corrective actions.
• Manage multiple site engagements and report reliability KPIs.
• Support fleet management and spare parts strategies.
