Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8-10 years of progressive sourcing/procurement experience.
• 3 years of leadership experience.
• 3 years managing plastics, resins, molded components, or related direct materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year global category strategies for plastics and related technologies.
• Analyze global market trends and provide executive recommendations on sourcing opportunities.
• Deliver annual cost reduction and productivity objectives through strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Lead strategic relationships with global plastics suppliers and establish governance processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support new product development and commercialization.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks with continuity plans and assessments.
• Coach and develop sourcing professionals.
