For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Global Sourcing - Plastics to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will shape and execute global sourcing strategy for plastics and related direct materials, with a strong focus on supplier performance, cost optimization, and supply continuity. The position will partner closely with cross-functional teams to support new product development and commercialization while driving measurable business outcomes across the category. The ideal candidate will bring deep procurement expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to influence executive decision-making in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $123,800 - $157,900 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year global category strategies for plastics and related technologies.
• Analyze global market trends and provide executive recommendations on sourcing opportunities.

• 3 years managing plastics, resins, molded components, or related direct material categories.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
