Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive strategic sourcing experience with direct-material ownership.
- 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Deep knowledge of metal manufacturing processes and global metals markets.
- APICS/ASCM or ISM certification is a plus.
Aufgaben
- Own and lead the multi-year metals category strategy across key stakeholders.
- Lead complex negotiations using advanced financial models and market data.
- Design commercial structures with balanced risk-sharing terms.
- Build and challenge advanced analytics to inform strategy and negotiations.
- Establish strategic supplier governance and hold suppliers accountable for results.
- Anticipate and manage risks, leading critical supplier escalations effectively.
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders and resolve competing priorities.
