Job summary

Travel up to 25% and remote work eligibility within the United States; occasional on-site visits to FedEx campuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in operations management with a focus on program management.
• Proven experience leading and developing a team of managers and specialists.
• Strong expertise in business administration.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs with multiple interdependent projects.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) and PM software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Enterprise Team with accountability and growth.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
• Communicate a clear vision for enterprise programs aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain dynamic strategic roadmaps for program goals.
• Establish and enforce program governance and risk management.
• Prepare concise high-level reports on program status for stakeholders.
