FedEx Office is seeking a Group Manager, Mail Operations to lead on-site client mailrooms, ensuring process adherence and continuous improvement. This role drives KPI alignment, SLAs, and data-driven decisions across multiple locations in a hybrid work setup.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in operations leadership, experience managing managers, and deep knowledge of mailroom operations, regulations, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Management, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in an operations management role, preferably in mailroom/logistics/facilities.
• 2–3 years managing other managers or supervisors.
• Strong knowledge of mailroom ops, postal regs, and best practices.
• Proficiency with key employment laws including FLSA, OSHA, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and mentor on-site Mail Services Managers.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, mail volume, processing time, and costs.
• Oversee training on SOPs, security, and technology use.
• Prepare and deliver performance reports to leadership and clients.
• Ensure staffing, compliance, and safety across sites.
