Job summary

You will define KPIs, oversee training and audits, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver regular performance reports to clients and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in operations management, preferably mailroom/logistics.
• 2-3 years managing other managers or supervisors.
• Strong knowledge of mailroom operations and postal regulations.
• Proficient with employment laws (FLSA, OSHA, scheduling).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor on-site Mail Services Managers to improve leadership and problem-solving.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs; drive data-driven performance reviews.
• Oversee staff training on SOPs, security, and technology.
• Prepare performance reports for leadership and clients.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and staffing to meet objectives.
