Job summary

Graham Healthcare Group in the United States seeks a Senior Manager, Enterprise Communications & Change to translate enterprise strategies into high‑quality internal and external communications. You will report to the Strategic Communications Leader and own the monthly cadence, All Hands, leadership messages, and routine announcements while enabling leaders to cascade messages effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or another relevant field.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in internal, corporate, employee, change, or enterprise communications.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong execution and project-management skills with multiple priorities.
• Experience developing communications across multiple channels and formats.
• Experience supporting organizational change or technology implementations.
• Experience developing external stakeholder communications preferred.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn and leverage AI and automation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and judgment; ability to work with leaders at multiple levels.
• Interest in continued development toward broader strategic communications leadership.

Responsibilities

• Execute communication strategies and plans with the Strategic Communications Leader.
• Own the execution of recurring internal communications cadence including newsletters and All Hands.
• Develop and execute communication deliverables that support enterprise strategic priorities and transformation efforts.
• Coordinate communications for external audiences such as payers, government, and industry partners.
• Draft, edit, and produce content such as emails, presentations, talking points, FAQs, toolkits, and videos.
• Create resources to help leaders cascade messages to their teams.
• Evaluate channels beyond email and adopt new formats and platforms.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve speed, quality, and personalization.
• Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to understand objectives, audiences, timing.
• Manage calendars, approvals, production, and delivery to ensure reliability.
• Measure engagement and continuously improve content and delivery.
• Support growth into broader strategic communications leadership.
