Job summary

Partner Company in the United States seeks a Manager, Employee Communications to lead internal communications strategies that help employees understand and connect with organizational priorities, initiatives, and change. You’ll translate complex business topics into clear, engaging narratives and oversee enterprise campaigns, leadership communications, and narrative tracking across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in internal communications, employee communications, corporate communications, change communications, or related field.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a storytelling mindset.
• Ability to translate complex business priorities into clear, employee-friendly communications.
• Experience supporting enterprise initiatives, transformation programs, or leadership communications.
• Experience writing executive voices and supporting senior leaders.
• Comfort using generative AI tools to co-create content.

Responsibilities

• As Manager, Employee Communications, develop and execute strategic internal communications programs for clarity, alignment, engagement, and action.
• Partner with business leaders, transformation teams, and initiative owners to understand priorities and changes.
• Develop and execute tailored internal communications strategies and plans for diverse audiences.
• Translate priorities and leadership direction into clear employee communications.
• Create compelling narratives explaining change, why it matters, and implications for employees.
• Lead narrative tracking and validation across enterprise initiatives to maintain consistent messaging.
