Job summary

Graham Healthcare Group seeks a Senior Manager, Enterprise Communications & Change to translate enterprise priorities into high‑quality communications. You will lead internal cadence, shape leadership messaging, and support transformation efforts across audiences including employees, payers, and partners.

You will enable leaders with practical resources such as talking points, FAQs, and toolkits, and explore channels beyond email, including video and mobile content.

Responsibilities

• Execute communication strategies and plans with the Strategic Communications Leader, translating priorities into clear, audience-appropriate communications.
• Own the execution of Graham's recurring internal communications cadence, including newsletters, All Hands, leadership messages, and announcements.
• Develop and execute deliverables for strategic priorities, transformation, technology implementations, and organizational changes.
• Provide communications for external audiences such as payers, government or advocacy groups, prospective talent, and partners.
• Draft, edit, produce, and coordinate emails, presentations, FAQs, toolkits, videos, and other assets.
• Create leader-ready resources to help leaders cascade messages effectively to teams.
• Evaluate channels and adopt formats beyond email, including video, digital platforms, and mobile content.
• Leverage AI/automation to improve speed, quality, and personalization of communications.
• Collaborate with leaders, SMEs, Marketing, HR, Operations, and project teams to align objectives and timing.
• Manage calendars, timelines, reviews, approvals, distribution, and competing priorities.
• Measure engagement and continuously improve content, channels, and delivery.
• Support growth and development toward broader strategic leadership in communications.
