Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field.
• Seven+ years of experience in strategic communications and internal communications.
• Three+ years of leadership experience managing teams and projects.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive stakeholder engagement.
• Experience developing enterprise-wide communication plans for transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise-wide communication strategies aligned with business objectives and culture priorities.
• Advise executives on communication planning, visibility and messaging.
• Translate complex strategies into clear communications for diverse internal audiences.
• Partner with leaders across functions to align on priorities and initiatives.
• Identify barriers to change and craft proactive adoption strategies.
• Build activation plans to help teammates understand and engage with change.
• Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Brand, and Communications for cohesive efforts.
• Lead storytelling initiatives connecting strategies to teammate experiences.
