Job summary

Global Medical Response seeks a Director of Internal Corporate Communications to lead enterprise internal communications across 34,000+ employees. You’ll shape strategy, messaging and governance for frontline and remote teams and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.

You will own communications planning, content development, and channel optimization, including the GMR STAT platform, with a focus on engagement, clarity and credibility. This role is hybrid in Lewisville, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, English, or a related field required.
• 10+ years of experience in corporate/internal communications.
• Experience advising senior executives on strategy and messaging.
• Experience communicating with large, dispersed workforces including frontline employees.
• Public company experience preferred; healthcare/EMS experience preferred.
• Strong writing, storytelling and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead internal communications strategy aligning business priorities and employee experience.
• Advise executives on messaging, balance strategic counsel with hands-on execution.
• Develop clear, compelling communications for complex topics.
• Measure adoption and engagement, demonstrate business impact using analytics.
• Lead change and transformation communications and manage the GMR STAT platform.
