Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Communications for a hybrid role in Milwaukee/Glendale, WI. You will own internal communications, employee engagement, enterprise planning, and large-change initiatives, partnering with executives to align priorities and culture.

You will shape messaging for enterprise and Power Systems, lead town halls and events, and drive cross-functional collaboration with HR and leaders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive communications experience within corporate, employee, internal, or enterprise communications.
• Experience leading large-scale communication initiatives and programs.
• Experience supporting executive communications and leadership events.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of enterprise-wide communications strategies, messaging, and plans.
• Own employee communications, ensuring alignment and effectiveness across the organization.
• Partner with HR and leaders to support culture, recognition, and employee experience programs.
• Lead communications for town halls, leadership meetings, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate Power Systems communications to align with enterprise messaging and brand standards.
