Marqeta is seeking a Senior Manager, Disputes, Chargebacks and Partner Performance to lead end-to-end disputes operations and improve cardholder experiences. You will work with cross-functional teams and strategic BPO partners to drive data-driven insights, implement scalable processes, and elevate performance across regulatory and operational standards.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in disputes & chargebacks, with BPO context in fintech or financial services.
• Strong communication skills and track record of driving operational efficiencies.
• Experience using data to drive insights and recommendations for improvements, including aging and error-rate monitoring.
• Knowledge of Reg E and Reg Z and payment network rules (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).

Aufgaben

• Define performance standards and lead operational transformation of disputes & chargebacks.
• Manage relationships with BPO site leadership and program stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, aging volumes, and provisional credit timelines; identify trends.
• Develop scalable workflows for routing, resolution, and compliance in disputes processing.
• Lead adoption of AI tooling to improve agent efficiency and case resolution.
