Job summary

Marqeta, Inc. is looking for a Manager of Disputes, Chargebacks and Partner Performance to lead end-to-end operations and drive data-driven improvements across disputes and cardholder experiences.

You will own relationships with BPO partners and cross-functional teams, developing scalable solutions, monitoring KPIs, and delivering measurable outcomes. This role emphasizes strategic influence, regulatory awareness, and a flex-first remote work model within the United States.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Disputes & Chargebacks Operations or equivalent BPO management in financial services.
• Strong communication (oral, written, presentation) and ability to drive efficiencies across teams.
• Proven track record of improving cardholder resolution outcomes using people, process, or technology.
• Influence stakeholders to achieve compliance and operational goals in high-regulation environments.
• Experience using data to drive insights, including aging analysis and error-rate monitoring.
• Familiarity with fintech, banking or payments dispute processing (Reg E/Reg Z) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the cardholder experience.
• Drive change-management for new program launches.
