Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Senior Manager to lead CSO Demand Forecasting & Analytics, driving strategic outcomes with data-driven insights across Medical, Dental, Digital, Chat, and PBS channels.

You will lead a high-performing analytics team, partner with Operations, Product and Tech to develop models, validate forecasts, and influence staffing strategies to optimize member experience and costs. This is a remote role with onsite expectations in select geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business or related field preferred.
• 5 years of relevant management consulting (preferred) or analytics experience.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to present to senior executives.
• Ability to lead large-scale projects and program teams and drive work forward.
• Ability to partner across organizations to influence and deliver work.
• Two years of building, managing, or using business models (e.g., optimization, predictive analysis, or financial/credit modeling).
• Strong analytical and finance skills required – proficiency in analytics-focused coding languages (SQL, Python, or R).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategy and analytics support for Customer Service Operations across Medical, Dental, Digital, Chat and PBS.
• Lead a team of business analysts and resource planning professionals to develop analytical models and build business cases.
• Maintain and publish call volume, case volume and average handle time forecasts across multiple lines of business.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT to size new opportunities and align staffing strategies with costs and member experience.
• Partner with executives and direct reports to drive strategic analytics and execution.
