Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Customer Service & Operations Demand Forecasting & Analytics within CSO. You will head a team of analysts, shape strategic outcomes, and partner with Operations, Workforce Management, Product and Tech to build actionable insights that drive staffing and cost efficiencies.

This full-time, remote-ready role supports CSO from home with optional onsite days within 50 miles of Bloomfield, CT; Chattanooga, TN; Denver, CO; Scottsdale, AZ; St.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business or related field required.
• 5 years of relevant management consulting or analytics experience.
• Strong communication to present work to senior executives and influence decisions.
• Ability to lead large-scale projects and collaborate across orgs.
• Two years building or using business models (optimization, forecasting, financial modeling).
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategy and analytics support for CSO Customer Service Operations.
• Lead a team of analysts and guide staffing and analytics initiatives.
• Publish forecasts for call, chat, and average handle time across lines of business.
• Partner with Finance, Operations and Product to size new opportunities and drive staffing strategy.
• Serve as a thought partner to executives and direct reports.
