Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Senior Director of Resource Planning & Operations Analytics to drive enterprise planning, forecasting, and performance reporting. You will lead Workforce Management and Operations Analytics, shaping staffing, scheduling, and capacity strategies across business units.

You will oversee analytics programs, executive dashboards, and governance of data definitions, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in a quantitative or operational field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership in workforce management, resource planning, analytics, BI, or related field.
• 8+ years of people leadership experience, including leading managers and multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish multi-year strategy and operating plan for resource planning and analytics.
• Lead Directors and managers; build succession and a culture of accountability.
• Set integrated forecasting strategy for demand, workload, staffing, capacity plans.
