Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Senior Director of Resource Planning & Operations Analytics to lead enterprise forecasting, capacity planning, staffing, and analytics across multiple business units. You will guide Directors and managers to translate complex demand and workforce data into actionable decisions, aligning with enterprise objectives and budgets.

You will drive multi-year strategy, governance, and performance reporting, partnering with Finance, Technology, and HR to ensure value from WFM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Business, Operations, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in workforce management, resource planning, analytics, or related operational discipline.
• 8+ years of people leadership experience, including leading managers and multiple teams or disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year strategy and annual operating plan for resource planning and analytics.
• Lead Directors and managers; build succession and a culture of accountability.
• Define forecasting strategy for short-, mid-, and long-range demand, staffing, and capacity.
