The Cigna Group in the United States is seeking a Senior Strategy & Analytics Advisor to advance the Customer & Client Experience (C&CE) strategy. You will lead critical analytics work, support executive decision‑making, and partner with operations, product, and finance to drive action.

Remote role for select geographies; some onsite requirements (3 days/week) may apply for specific locations. Competitive salary and annual bonus eligibility are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• Five years of relevant analytics or management consulting experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to structure project plans and independently drive workstreams.
• Proficiency in analytics-focused coding language (SQL, Python, or R).
• Two years building or using business models (optimization, forecasting, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Shape C&CE strategy by developing business cases and evaluating options.
• Leverage data to solve business problems and identify data needs.
• Identify opportunities using trend analysis and operational data insights.
• Develop testing plans and monitor performance indicators.
• Distill work into executive presentations to educate and inspire action.
• Translate Operations needs into clear business requirements for Tech partners.
