Job summary

The Cigna Group seeks a Senior Director to lead Resource Planning & Operations Analytics. This executive will shape demand forecasting, capacity planning, staffing, and analytics across the enterprise, guiding Directors and teams to deliver actionable insights and optimized resource use.

You will partner with finance, technology, HR, and client management to align workforce strategy with business objectives and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in a quantitative or operational field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in workforce management, resource planning, analytics, BI, or related field.
• 8+ years of people leadership experience, including leading managers and multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute a multi-year strategy for resource planning and analytics.
• Lead and develop Directors and managers across Workforce Management and Operations Analytics.
• Set integrated forecasting strategy for short-, mid-, and long-range demand and capacity.
• Direct staffing models, scheduling standards, and capacity management efforts.
• Oversee intraday resource optimization and alignment with demand and budgets.
• Govern data definitions, reporting standards, and forecasting methodologies.
